5. Fill in your personal details (make sure you fill in your date of birth in U.S. format month/date/year)

6. Choose the $35 enrolment option from the kit options & add the 'Add Additional Products' cart  (Fractionated Coconut Oil is a popular addition to allow for diluting straight away which you may add here.)

7. 'View Totals'
8. Proceed to confirm 'Shipping Details'

9. Complete your 'Payment' and then process
