If you're deciding to to enrol & join my team by creating a customer account of your own, please follow the directions below.
1. Go to my Elevacity WEBSITE https://elevacity.com/191440 to register for a free customer account.
** Note that my name is at the top of the screen if you are in the CORRECT site! **
NOTE: These Instructions may vary as they upgrade the system.
Please use your common sense if there have been changes.
SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT:
2. Select the LOGIN option from the menu and REGISTER a new account.
3. This will take you to a page called STEP 1. CUSTOMER INFO where you create your account.

Fill in the required fields

Birth date - Month/Day/Year format

Shipping Address - if your country is not available in the dropdown menu, it's likely that the products are not yet approved for sale in your country, so please enquire in this case for more information

Confirm your Sponsor - TICK the ‘Yes. My Sponsor is Lauren Mooney!’ box at the bottom left. Click NEXT.
4. You will then see a page with your new account details.

Write down your Customer Number and Password (or check your email)
5. Go to the top of that window and select YOUR ACCOUNT from the drop-down menu
PURCHASING PRODUCTS:

LOGIN to the account you just created as a Returning Customer.

Select the PRODUCTS menu option and ADD ITEMS to your Shopping Cart.

Now you must choose to (a) Shop at RETAIL, or (b) set up a Monthly SMARTSHIP to purchase at wholesale prices - you can cancel or change at any time in your account
OPTION (a) - RETAIL PURCHASE

Select PLACE ORDER to see the products in list form.

Update BILLING ADDRESS to match your Credit Card statement

When you have added the products select SHOPPING CART (icon top right) and proceed to the CHECKOUT.
OPTION (b) - MONTHLY SMARTSHIP

Select SMARTSHIP MANAGER

Select CREATE SMARTSHIP
-
Set up a DATE for your monthly order to be processed
-
You will now see the PRODUCTS in list form. Select desired Products to re/fill your Shopping Cart.

Select VIEW CART to check your order and then UPDATE.

Select ‘Billing Info’ from the drop down menu at the top
-
Update BILLING ADDRESS to match your Credit Card statement
Remember - The order will process on the date you selected (in US time)
COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE:
6. Complete PAYMENT INFORMATION and PROCESS ORDER.

From there you should be able to PROCESS the PAYMENT (This process has changed since I started, so it may be different. Just use your common sense if different.)

You will receive an email from Elevacity when the process is complete, so CHECK YOUR EMAILS for confirmation.
